Parmesan of Sole for My Girlfriends, 2007©

Cooking Time 20-25 Minutes
Total 30-35 minutes
Ingredients
- Dressed (cleaned) Whole Fillets of Sole
- 1 ½ cups Minced Bread Crumbs
- ½ cup Fresh Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon of Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoons of Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoons of Fresh Ground Pepper
- 3/4 cup Half & Half cream, Replace with Carnation
- Brand evaporated fat-free milk
- Cooking Spray Preferably Olive Oil
Directions
Combine (breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley,
paprika, oregano, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. Dip
fish in cream and then in breadcrumb mixture, this is
called dredging. Arrange fish in a well greased baking
dish 11×9x2 inches. Bake in a 375 degree oven for
20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Garnish with lemon wedges.

I’m really impressed with the recipes offered. But, personally, I don’t eat chicken so I’m looking for more healty low-cal recipes made from other meats such as turkey, pork, etc. I’m also interested in recipes that offer substitutes for chicken.
