					<description>I need to know how to go about getting my girls to exercise and what is the right exercises and foods without getting them in the habit of thinking they have to diet to stay fit. What age is too early to start them to exercise?  And I am 32 and 5"6" and 154 and I am what you called a hour glass shape how to I start losing and firming up. How do you get rid of cellulite in your legs? Please help I will come to your classes me and my girls they are 11,14, and 16.</description>
