Exercise tips: Get Moving!

Walk 30 minutes a day for cardiovascular health. If a full thirty minutes is not available to you, break it up into 10 minute intervals. Wear a pedometer, it will measure how
many steps you take a day. Your daily goal should be 10,000 steps.

Testosterone is a key hormone for building muscle, and our bodies have very low levels of this hormone. So, we will not develop a male physique while weight training.

  1. I need to know how to go about getting my girls to exercise and what is the right exercises and foods without getting them in the habit of thinking they have to diet to stay fit. What age is too early to start them to exercise? And I am 32 and 5″6″ and 154 and I am what you called a hour glass shape how to I start losing and firming up. How do you get rid of cellulite in your legs? Please help I will come to your classes me and my girls they are 11,14, and 16.
