I am replying to your comment regarding your method of exercise.  I am also a great fan of dance and love the exiliaratiion and satisfaction it gives me.  When I was 15 years old I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus,  after gaining about 50 pds within 2 months I regravitated into dance.  I lost the weight, looked great, felt great and a had a wonderful senior year of High School.  However, throughout my adult life I have continued to battle weight issues.  I believe am about 25-30 pds overweight.  I continue to walk about 3 times a week for 30 minutes, I eat properly, I believe I have a problem with binge eating.  My question to you is where do you go to dance? Is it a dance class/studio or do you just do it on your spare time?  I would love to hear from you.  By the way Fox 6 is the best news cast out there, I watch you every night.  Yes I watch the BEST!</description>
