Beef and Blue Cheese Salad
Serve 3-4 main dish or 6-8 side-dish
Ingredients:
- 1 (10 ounce) package of mixed
green leaves - ¼ pound of deli roast beef cut into
thin strips - 1 large tomato seeded and chopped
or 8 cherry tomatoes cut in halves. - ½ cup of crumbled Blue cheese
or Gorgonzola - Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup of croutons
- ½ cup of Caesar or Italian dressing
- Combine mixed greens, roast beef,
tomato, cheese, black pepper
and croutons - Drizzle with dressing; toss and serve
